My husband & I have worked with Brian since 2014 as our property manager. Brian at PropertyAZ has went above and beyond to help get my parents from CA to AZ. My parents went thru one agent around the Phoenix area and after months of searching for homes they had no luck in finding anything and just had horrible experiences with her. I started helping them because they were so discouraged and I looked at a property posted by Brian, inquired on the home and he met with me that day and we got the process going and within a few days we HAVE FOUND THE HOME my parents will be living in! My property in Avondale was under management by two different property management companies before we found Brian. When Brian took over, for the first time in a few years, we didn't suffer any property damage or losses, which I attribute to Brian's ability. I had the pleasure of renting a home from PropertyAZ from 2017-2018. We had Brian taking care of the process from showing, right down to the sad goodbye. This gentleman should honestly be awarded with the highest praises a company could allow an employee to have! The only reason we moved was due to the boat we own becoming costly to store so we found a larger garage to accommodate it. To this day if I have concerns or questions regarding anything I find that I don't understand or agree with at our new residency , Brian takes the time to explain things to me even though I no longer reside in a PropertyAZ home. Not from lack of trying though. He is professional, patient, honest and forthcoming when you ask about anything regarding the process of a repair or concern, not to mention getting it done in a more than timely fashion. He truly should teach some of these property managers how it should be done!! Brian was great and took on every challenge that came with supporting a sale when I was living out of town and had to manage everything by phone and computer. Always expeditious and fast to return calls, it was great to be able to work with Brian and know that everything would go well in my absence.
