Brian Vascassenno was the property manager for our home in Peoria Az from 2012 until 2018 and has been a phenomenal advocate and caretaker. We are a military family and have rented several homes over our career all of which were our personal homes which we spent considerable time and effort restoring. The point is each of these homes were special to us and we were always reluctant to rent them but circumstances often dictated that option. We've had many property managers over the years, some ok, some definitely lacking in commitment and a few who were quite good. Brian fits none of these categories. He's the best we've ever experienced. He is simply an outstanding manager and a person who cares about his clients and their homes. There are so many examples of him going well above and beyond to keep us informed, keep our home pristine and our tenants happy. His reporting and administration is second to none and he gets things done... right now! Additionally, when we retired and it was time to sell, we chose Brian as our Realtor even though we had a phenomenal Realtor we had previously worked with in Phoenix. We could not have asked for more! Brian refreshed everything that needed attention, ensured the home was perfect, dealt with all the staging and even took the time to paint and clean on his own time. The house sold in ten days and the closing was flawless. There aren't many people out there who are as dedicated, honest, professional and as caring as Brian is. We offer our highest recommendation! I've been working with Brian for 8 years starting from when I relocated to Canada and needed an honest and trustworthy property manager for my house in Surprise, AZ. Brian at PropertyAZ has went above and beyond to help get my parents from CA to AZ. My parents went thru one agent around the Phoenix area and after months of searching for homes they had no luck in finding anything and just had horrible experiences with her.
