* Make “Owner Contributions” to fund your Reserve Account
* View Monthly & Annual Statements
* View Lease & Other Documents
* View Invoices for Repairs
How to make an Owner’s Contribution to fund your reserve account:
Step 1: Log in to your Owner Portal
Step 2: Click the “New Contribution” Tab on the right corner
Step 3: Select the Portfolio Name (*Note: If we manage multiple properties with different ownership, please be sure to select the correct Portfolio)
Step 4: Select the Dollar Amount you are contributing (*Note: These funds will be pulled from the account we have your ACH set-up as) & enter any comments.
Step 5:Ā Click “Save” once completed!
Please note, you will not receive a confirmation that it has been contributed however, it should then be reflected on your Ledger as a Pending Settlement once submitted.Ā
